Sermon Teaser: A faithful man who loved the Lord and a man also with a tragic flaw who disobeyed - this is David. He was capable of great faithfulness and also was ambushed by great pride. In his example we learn much. We are capable of both faith and disobedience and it is important we know the difference.

The Extra Mile: Spend some time in the Psalms this week, many of them are ‘of David’. While David was musical as King he also had a court who would compose on his behalf. Which Psalms are David originals? Which Psalms are attributed to him by his court? We do not know, however, half of the Psalms or more are because of David. Give a few of them a read this week ;)
