Ashley Vasek will lead Munger Women in an interval class where we’ll use our body weight to strengthen muscles and burn calories for 45 minutes.

EVERYONE is welcome, and the workout is tailored to various ages and abilities. Participants will sign a quick waiver before getting started. Please bring your own workout mat, water bottle, and towel!
