Small Group Leaders

Our small groups are life-changing communities focused on spiritual growth and Christian fellowship- two things that are vital to living a Christian life. Because of that, our small group leaders are some of the most important people in our church, without them, we wouldn’t be able to create such a strong, vibrant and loving community. If this sounds like a ministry you’d like to be involved in, please prayerfully consider being a small group leader at Munger.

Here’s what you’d be committing to:

• Attend the next group launch. This is when we’ll form our new small groups- the whole process will take no more than an hour, and childcare will be provided.
• Two hours each week. Our groups meet for an hour and a half, once a week. The other thirty minutes is for you to get ready for the Bible study portion of our small groups. We’ll provide a curriculum for you, but it’s a good idea to look it over and be familiar with it before meeting with your small group. The day/time of your small group meeting is entirely up to you.
• Prayer. Spend time in prayer for your small group members throughout the week.
