H.I.S. Bridge Builders provides eye exams at low cost ($25) and glasses for $40 or $80.  They are located at 2525 Lucas, Dallas, TX 75219. (214) 528-7354.  They do not ask for income documentation.  Eye exams are very detailed.  The doctors are interns from the University of Houston College of Optometry.
